Each year, the PGA of Canada awards scholarships to help further academic achievements.
Applications are accepted from PGA of Canada Members, Apprentices, Candidates for Membership, and Sons/Daughters or Grandchildren of PGA of Canada Members (alive or deceased) to help further academic achievements.
Applications are judged by a 3-member independent panel and awarded based on academic achievement and contributions to the community.
The annual deadline to apply for a scholarship is May 31st, 2019 and the Evaluation Forms must be received by June 7th, 2019. For a copy of the 2019 PGA of Canada Foundation Scholarship Application, click here.

“It is with sincere gratitude that I would like to thank [The PGA of Canada Foundation] for selecting me as one of the recipients of your awards. This scholarship will be a tremendous support moving forward with my education this year. This scholarship will allow me to maintain my focus on my studies, while also continuing to give back to the community through my various volunteer commitments.” – Kayli Culig (2015)
“Thank you very much for the opportunity to apply for a scholarship through the PGA of Canada Foundation. I am extremely honoured and humbled to be awarded this scholarship. It is not only an honour for myself to represent the PGA of Canada Foundation, but also an honour for my father, Gord Percy, to show him the long term impact the PGA of Canada has left on me. To be supported in my post-secondary education by the generosity of so many leaves a lasting impact. Being recognized for my community involvement and academic achievements is very rewarding. I will never be able to thank the PGA of Canada Foundation for the opportunities it has given me in post-secondary studies, the golf community and to my family.” — Paige Percy (2015)
“I am so thankful to have received a PGA of Canada Foundation Scholarship. I am honoured and truly touched to be chosen as a representative of your Foundation. My Dad, Bill has been a member of the PGA of Canada since 1982, and has passed on his passion for the game of golf to our family. Being chosen for this award has made us both very proud, and I am writing to express my gratitude and share the experiences this scholarship has provided me with. Receiving this scholarship means that I am able to continue to play golf and compete at the collegiate level while pursuing my university degree in Victoria, British Columbia.” — Melanie Murchison (2015)
